How to set up your Leadership Role Compass survey

This article provides you, as a manager, with a step-by-step guide for managers on how to set up their leadership role compass survey in our platform My Effectory. Key information before launching the Leadership survey

• As a manager, you need to have access permission to the My Effectory platform. For this, the Central Coordinator from your company needs to assign specific roles to you. Read more about our roles and rights in this article.
• For confidentiality reasons, you will need at least 5 respondents in your team. Read more about confidentiality in this article

Step-by-step: How to set up the Leadership Role Compass survey

1. Log into My Effectory
2. Select Go to your personal portal
3. On the left, select the tab 360 Feedback
   > Your 360 Feedback dashboard opens.
4. Click on the button + Ask for feedback.
5. On the Leadership Role Compass tile, click on Use template.
   > The page Your Feedback Circle opens.
6. Under Participants, choose the team members that you want to send the survey to.
7. Click on Continue.
   > The Settings page for the survey opens.
8. Give the survey a title that is easy to recognize, e.g., Jane Doe's 360 Review - April 2024.
9. Choose a Closing date for the survey.
10. Select the Language.
11. Select the E-Mail invitations that you want to send out.
12. Click on Launch & Send invites.

Your survey is now launched, and your team members will automatically receive invitations.

Tip! Don't forget to monitor the response during the survey period. You can track the response by opening your survey and go to Feedback Circle. Here, you can send reminder emails to the participants who haven't filled out the survey yet.

Tip! Once the survey is running you can still add participants or change the closing date. Click on Your survey in the 360 Feedback tab.
