Introduction: The 360 Feedback solution

This solution is currently in development and is expected to be available starting in November 2024.

    • Multi-perspective evaluation: Feedback for an individual is gathered from various sources, including peers, managers, and direct reports. This approach provides a holistic view of how an individual is perceived in the workplace.
    • Tool for professional growth: It helps individuals identify both their strengths and areas where they can improve, fostering their professional development.

Our 360 Feedback solution contains (presumably) three modules, ​each tackling employee development on a different level: the managerial, team, ​and individual level.

How to get to the 360 Feedback modules

  1. Log into My Effectory
  2. Select Go to my personal portal.
  3. On the left, select the tab 360° Feedback.
    > Your 360° Feedback dashboard opens.
