What is it?
Key driver analysis (KDA) is a statistical technique used to identify and quantify the themes that most significantly influence another theme (per the survey). This analysis is designed to pinpoint which themes serve as the most influential predictors of another theme. This analysis helps answer the critical question, “Which topics should we invest in?"
The analysis can only be done for groups with a minimum of 100 respondents.
When is this useful?
The Key Driver Analysis can answer questions such as:
- Where do I need to invest to improve Role Clarity?
This analysis will provide the top themes that are expected to have the most impact on Role Clarity, or any other relevant theme in the survey.
What do you receive?
Key Driver Analysis gives predictors of a specific theme. The result of this analysis shows themes, not questions. We therefore provide a list of the top 3 themes and how much they influence another theme.
Available (on request) in package Expert or if separately stated in your contract.
