How to: Configure the project settings

Starting point When starting a project, My Effectory will guide you through the process of setting up your project settings. However, you can always return later and adjust these settings when needed.

  1. Log into My Effectory and select the project you want to change the settings for.
    > The project page opens.
  2. Click on the Wheel icon at the top right to open the settings page.
Note: Project settings can only be adjusted by a central coordinator or a project coordinator.

On the project settings page, you can configure:

  • The language(s) used for survey invitations, questionnaires, and My Feedback results.
  • The benchmark(s) that will be shown to compare your survey results.
  • The design for your questionnaire and survey invitations.
