You can import new or updated employee data manually to our platform. However, HRIS integration (or employee integration) is a strategic alternative designed to automate this crucial process and making it less time consuming and error-prone.

In simple terms, HRIS integration establishes a connection between your organization's HR Information System and My Effectory. This connection facilitates a seamless and continuous flow of up-to-date employee data, providing a robust foundation for your employee listening journey.

If you're ready to explore the benefits of integrating your employee data with My Effectory, head to our Integrations Marketplace —Effectory's central integrations hub. To do so, log into My Effectory and navigate to Organization > Integrations > Discover. Here, you will find everything there is to know about this topic, including:

Ready to set up an integration? Select the connector that applies to your organization and click on Request Integration on the top-right of the Discover page. You will be taken straight to the step-by-step configuration guide!

 

Tip! Setting up an integration between your HRIS and My Effectory may require the involvement of your organization's local IT or HR System administrator. Secure the participation of the relevant stakeholders in time to ensure a smooth setup process!
