The ESG scan is a fixed set of 21 questions measuring the following six themes:

  1. Sustainable Health and Safety​
  2. Diversity and Inclusion​
  3. Wage Fairness and Retention​
  4. Good Corporate Governance​
  5. Sustainable Culture of Innovation​
  6. Trust and Tone from the Top

There is one open question included at the end of the questionnaire which will help you to collect stories from your employees about the real-world ESG impact your organization is making.
