To conduct a Team Development Scan, you first have to assign roles in My Effectory. This article explains which set-ups of roles are possible for running a successful Team Development Scan.
The default setup for coordinators for the Team Development Scan is as follows:
- The Central Coordinator assigns a Local Coordinator (usually the manager) for each team for survey creation.
- Local Coordinators create a Team Development Scan and add their employees as Results Access Coordinators.
- Employees will receive a notification when the results of the Team Development Scan are available and can view the results in My Effectory.
Alternative: Do you want to empower employees to send out surveys themselves?
- The Central Coordinator can add all employees of a team manually as Local Coordinators.
- Employees can create surveys for their own teams.
- Employees will receive a notification when the results of the Team Development Scan are available and can view the results in My Effectory.
Alternative: Do you prefer not to involve employees as coordinators in My Effectory?
- The Central Coordinator assigns Local Coordinators for survey creation (for example managers).
- The Central Coordinator or Local Coordinator can assign Results Access Coordinators only to specific people or managers.
