What to do when I've forgotten my password for My Feedback?

Request a new password for your My Feedback account by following these steps:

  1. Go to https://myfeedback.effectory.com
  2. Click on the “forgot password” button below the option to log in. The following screen will appear.

  1. Enter the e-mail address you used to create your My Feedback account.
  2. You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password. 
  3. Click on the link to set a new password. Passwords must always contain a capital letter, a special character (such as %^&*) and a number.
