What about confidentiality?

Effectory only reports average results per group. Together with the employer, we agree on a minimum group size for the report. Groups generally contain between 5 and 10 employees, with the minimum lower limit being 5. Effectory uses this lower limit in agreement with the general standard when conducting employee surveys as formulated by ESOMAR and privacy laws. If a group is smaller than the agreed minimum group size, we never report the results for this group to your employer. Thanks to these measures, we can guarantee that questionnaires cannot be traced back to you. Please note: answers to open questions are included verbatim.

Response rate per group & report

In addition to a group size, we always agree on a clear response limit. This is the minimum number of participants from a group that must complete the questionnaire. If this limit is not met, the results for this group will not be reported on the group level and are included in a group on a higher level that did meet the limit. This is generally the department or organization.

Exception

Are you a manager? Then the results for your department may provide direct information about you as a manager. In this sense, you are personally assessed as a manager.

Example A: confidentiality per group

The group must consist of a minimum of 5 employees (group limit), a minimum of 5 out of 5 employees must respond (response limit).

Example B: confidentiality of underlying groups

An underlying group does meets the response limit may not  be reported (group 4). This occurs when another group under the same level does not meet the response limit (group 3). The results of the blue-only respondent (group 3) are only traceable if both the results for group 4 and the results for the group at a higher level are shared (group 3+4). For these reasons, the results for groups 3 and 4 are only reported in the group on the higher level.

Please note: The answers you and your coworkers provide to open questions are included in the (group) report verbatim. Here it does not state who has made which comment, unless you have mentioned your own name or any descriptions which could be traced back to you. The content of your comments is taken word for word in order to do justice to your opinion.
