If your personal link to the questionnaire does not work, it can be due to various reasons.
To begin with, it is important that you use the personal link in your invite email sent to you by Effectory, and not the link of someone else.
In addition, a pop-up blocker or firewall could prevent you from opening the questionnaire. You will often see notification of this on your screen. You can switch these off temporarily to fill in the questionnaire.
It is also important that you or your organization has a stable Internet connection. It is not possible to complete the questionnaire offline.
If the link still does not open, we recommend trying to open the link in a different Internet browser( e.g. Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox).
