If your personal link to the questionnaire does not work, this can be due to various reasons. First of all, it is important that you use the personal link sent to you by Effectory.
In addition, a pop-up blocker or firewall could prevent you from opening the questionnaire. You will often see notification of this on your screen. You can switch these off temporarily to fill in the questionnaire.
It is also important that you or your organization have an Internet connection. It is not possible to complete the questionnaire offline.
If the link still does not open, we recommend using a different Internet browser. Try to open the link in a different Internet browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox.
