If your questionnaire link doesn't work, first check if you've used the personal link that Effectory has sent to you.
Next, make sure that:
- Your internet connection is working (you can only fill out the questionnaire online).
- You've switched off pop-up blockers or firewalls that prevent you from opening the questionnaire. You can do this in the settings of your browser.
When the link still doesn't open, try to open the link in a different internet browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla firefox.
