I cannot log in with the code I have received. What should I do?

If you cannot log in to the questionnaire, this could be due to various reasons. 

First of all, it is important that you use your personal written invitation, as this contains the code you use to log in to the digital questionnaire. 

You may have also accidentally not accurately copied your log in details. In your invitation, the login details are in the gray section. You must copy this in its entirety when logging in to the questionnaire.
