I cannot log in with the code I have received. What should I do?

If you cannot log in to the questionnaire, it could be due to various reasons. 

To begin with, it is important that you use your personal written invitation, as this contains the personalized code for logging in to the digital questionnaire. 

You may also have inaccurately copied your login details by accident. In your invitation, the login details are in the gray section. You must copy the entire code when logging in to the questionnaire.
