You can personally request a new password for your My Feedback account by following these steps:
- Go to https://myfeedback.effectory.com
- Click on the ‘forgot password’ button, below the log in option. The screen below will appear.
- Enter the e-mail address you have used to create the My Feedback account.
- You will receive an e-mail with a link to reset your password.
- Click on the link, you can now set a new password. Passwords must always contain a capital letter, a special character (such as %^&*) and a number.
