Where can I find 'My Feedback' in the survey?

My Feedback account
If your organisation has opted to use the My Feedback page, you can directly register for a My Feedback account after completing the questionnaire. You always have the option to register at a later time, this does not have to be immediately after filling in the questionnaire. You can only create an account with the e-mail address that has been provided by your employer.

You can personally choose a password. Passwords must always contain a capital letter, a special character (#$%^&) and a number. You can then log in with your e-mail address and your password of choice, and view your feedback.

The login screen looks as follows. If you have forgotten your password, use the link below the yellow login button, 'forgot password'.
