If your personal link to the questionnaire does not work this can be due to various reasons. Firstly, it is important that you use the personal link, that you have been sent by Effectory.
In addition, a pop-up blocker or firewall could prevent you from opening the questionnaire, you often see a notification of this on your screen. You can switch these off temporarily so that you can fill in the questionnaire.
It is also important that you or your organisation has an internet connection, it is not possible to complete the questionnaire offline.
If the link still does not open, we advise you to use a different internet browser. Try to open the link in a different internet browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari or Mozilla Firefox for example.
